✨ Job Scope

• 🛎️ Attend to walk-in, phone and email enquiries.
• 📄 Process applications and verify documents.
• 📅 Coordinate appointments and provide administrative support.
• 🗂️ Maintain records and support document digitisation.
• 🤝 Assist with daily operations and other assigned duties.

✅ Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
