Scope of Service:
The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Perform customer service duties - attend to external and internal customers, answer phone calls, attend to deliveries
b) Perform administrative duties - assist with verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, collation of feedback/survey forms, filing and typing, managing in-coming and out-going mail/delivery, maintaining office stationery stocks, and other admin

c) Other duties assigned by the school
Experience & Skills:
a) Candidates with at least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
b) Preferably with prior experience as a receptionist in school environment
c) Proficient in MS Excel and Words, and be IT savvy
d) Meticulous, responsible and independent
e) With good interpersonal and customer service skills
f) Possess initiative and have good problem-solving skills
g) Able to work independently as well as in a team
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2021
• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of ½hr lunch break
• Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of ½hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
