AVA Executive (Toa Payoh) - Part-Time

🎥 AVA Executive (1-Year Contract) 📍

💰 Salary: $2,900 – $3,200/month

✨ Responsibilities:

• Provide AV, media & ICT support for school events and assemblies
• Set up and troubleshoot projectors, Apple TV, visualisers & classroom AV equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
• Manage AV inventory, equipment loans & documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs & installations
• Assist with video editing and classroom technology support

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of AV experience (school environment preferred)
• Experience in Singapore schools is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English
• Inventory/logistics experience is a plus
• Must be able to attend a school interview

🕒 Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 7:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
• Fri: 7:00am – 4:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• No work on weekends & public holidays

📅 Contract: Oct 2026 – Sep 2027 (1 year, renewable subject to performance and operational needs)
