🧑‍🏫 Discipline Support Officer (10-Month Contract)

💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
📅 Contract Period: Aug 2026 – Jun 2027
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

📌 Additional Information

• Service not required during the school vacation period in December 2026.
• Contract duration: 10 months.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in youth work, social work, education support, student management, mentoring, counselling, or related fields.
• Experience in schools, behavioural intervention, case management, or investigations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage and support youths effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support student discipline and behaviour management programmes.
• Mentor and supervise students requiring behavioural or emotional support.
• Manage pull-out rooms and in-house suspension arrangements.
• Assist in incident management and investigations.
• Maintain discipline records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with school leaders, counsellors, and support teams.
