🛡️ Discipline Support Officer (Contract)

💰 $20–$23/hour
📅 Contract: 4 months (Aug–Nov 2026)
🔄 Extension: Option to extend for up to an additional 20 months (subject to operational needs).
🕒 Working Hours: Minimum 3 days/week (up to 4 days/week)
8.30am – 3.30pm (30-minute lunch included)
Weekdays only (no weekends or Public Holidays)
Flexible workdays based on mutual agreement.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or equivalent.
• Retired MHA officers and retired school staff with student discipline experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations.
• Passionate about supporting children and youths.
• Comfortable handling investigations and confidential records.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct student investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Supervise detention, recess, lunch, and in-house suspension.
• Support student behaviour management and restorative practices.
• Conduct campus patrols and help maintain a safe school environment.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and the Student Management Committee.
