Discipline Support Staff (Contract) 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫

💰 Salary: $3,300 – $3,800/month
📍 Location: Singapore
📅 Contract Period: Aug 2026 – Nov 2026 (4 months, with option to extend up to 11 months)
Working Hours: 🕗 Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) 🕗 Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

Requirements

✅ Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
✅ Experience in investigations, case management, discipline, youth engagement, or related fields
✅ Experience in restorative practices and behavioural intervention is an advantage
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct fact-finding interviews and support investigations involving student-related incidents
🔹 Prepare reports, maintain records, and compile relevant information
🔹 Liaise with parents and stakeholders when required
🔹 Support the management of students on suspension or sent out of class
🔹 Monitor reporting channels and maintain confidentiality of information
🔹 Assist with administrative and operational duties related to student management
