Operations Executive (Bedok) ️ - Part-Time

🏢 Operations Executive (1-Year+ Contract) 🛠️

💰 Salary: $3,000 - $3,200/month
📅 Contract: 18 Aug 2026 – 31 Dec 2027
🔄 Renewable: Option to extend for another year

📍 Working Hours:
🗓️ Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
📌 Occasional Saturdays / after office hours for college events

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate facilities maintenance & contractors
• Support campus operations & upgrading projects
• Oversee security, safety & environmental services
• Plan logistics for events & examinations
• Manage assets, inventory & operational records
• Liaise with vendors & government agencies
• Support procurement & budget administration

✅ Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in Facilities, Engineering, Estate/Operations Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Good communication & Microsoft Office skills
• Facilities, asset management, procurement or educational institution experience is a plus
