📚 Programme Manager

💰 Salary: $4,500 – $4,800/month
📅 Contract: 11 months (Aug 2026 – Jul 2027)
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm (42 hours/week)

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Manage and monitor research projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• 📝 Coordinate research administration, project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• 💼 Manage programme budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination in compliance with government procedures.
• 🤝 Collaborate with schools, researchers, and local/international partners.
• 📢 Support dissemination of research findings through reports, policy briefs, and practitioner resources.
• 🎓 Coordinate professional development activities and support programme evaluation initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Degree in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Research, or related discipline, or relevant experience.
• 📈 At least 1 year of research/project management experience (undergraduate research experience accepted).
• ✍️ Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• 🤝 Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
