🧪 Science Lab Assistant cum Admin Support

💰 $2,200 – $2,300/month
📍 1-Year Contract (Jan 2027 – Dec 2027) (Option to Extend)

🌟 Responsibilities

• 🧪 Prepare and maintain Science laboratories for lessons and activities.
• 📦 Manage laboratory equipment, inventory, and safety procedures.
• 🖥️ Provide administrative support, including enquiries, filing, and data entry.
• 🎉 Support school events, STEM programmes, and learning journeys.
• 🤝 Work closely with teachers, staff, and vendors.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Secondary School education.
• 🧪 At least 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, administration, customer service, or a school environment.
• ⚠️ Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and procedures.
• 💬 Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

🕒 Working Hours

• Term Time: Mon–Fri, 6:45am – 4:15pm (1-hour lunch)
• School Holidays: Work only during the first & last weeks of the June and December holidays, 7:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch).
• Working hours may vary based on school operational requirements.
