🛡️ Student Management Officer (11-Month Contract)

💰 Salary: ~$4,240 – $4,610/month (based on $23–$25/hour)
📍 School Environment
📅 Contract: Sept 2026 – Sept 2027 (Option to extend another 11 months)

🕒 Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No work on weekends & Public Holidays
• Work schedule may be adjusted for school events (advance notice provided)

✨ Responsibilities

• Conduct student discipline investigations & prepare reports
• Supervise detention, in-school suspension & Student Activity Centre
• Patrol school grounds & monitor assemblies/late-comers
• Track student attendance & support home visits
• Mentor students and liaise with parents when required

✅ Requirements

• Experience in youth work, education, counselling, social services or student welfare preferred
• SPF/SAF/SCDF or uniformed services background is an advantage
• Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
• Good English (spoken & written)
