💰 $50–$80/hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
📍 Primary School Environment
📅 12-Month Contract (3 Aug 2026 – 31 Jul 2027)
🔄 Option to Extend

🎓 Requirements

✅ Recognised Postgraduate Qualification or Master's Degree in Counselling
✅ Minimum 3 years of counselling experience (school or youth setting preferred)
✅ Strong communication, collaboration and case management skills
✅ Experience in group interventions and supporting students with additional needs is an advantage
✅ Able to apply restorative and strengths-based approaches

💡 Key Responsibilities

🧒 Provide individual counselling and coaching for students
👥 Conduct group programmes on social skills, emotional well-being, cyber wellness, motivation and peer relationships
🤝 Support student behaviour management and restorative practices
🏫 Collaborate with teachers, parents and external agencies
🎤 Facilitate workshops and sharing sessions for staff and parents
🌱 Support student well-being, Character & Citizenship Education (CCE) and Education & Career Guidance (ECG) initiatives

⏰ Working Hours

📅 Monday–Friday (25 hours/week)
• 3 weekdays: 8:00am–2:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• 2 weekdays: 10:30am–4:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
