Youth Worker (Contract – 4 Months)

📍 Singapore | No work on weekends & public holidays

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field
• Min. 1 year experience in student/student management role (Singapore)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Calm, responsible, and comfortable handling challenging situations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual & group intervention sessions for students
• Support student discipline cases & related investigations
• Plan and run intervention / preventive programmes
• Maintain confidential records & case documentation
• Support crisis intervention & case management
• Work closely with teachers, school teams & external agencies
• Assist in programme evaluation and reporting
