Events Assistant (Napier) - Part-Time

🎉 Event Assistant

💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
📅 Contract: 12 months (Dec 2026 – Nov 2027)
🕒 Working Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

✅ Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Events, Office Management or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in administration or event coordination (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to support occasional events outside office hours.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Maintain records, databases and document filing.
• Coordinate meetings, events and logistical arrangements.
• Prepare meeting materials, correspondence and reports.
• Track contracts, payments, inventory and fixed assets.
• Liaise with vendors, delegates and event organisers.
• Manage event supplies and ensure venues are event-ready.
• Provide general administrative support and other assigned duties.
