Food Lab Assistant (Jurong East) - Part-Time

🍽️ Food Lab Assistant

💰 $12–$13/hour
📍 1-Year Contract (Dec 2026 – Nov 2027, renewable for up to 2 years)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
📅 No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Requirements
✅ Secondary school qualification or equivalent
✅ Food hygiene/food safety certification
✅ Basic Microsoft Office skills
✅ Able to communicate and maintain records in English
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (school environment preferred)

Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Prepare ingredients and support food lab lessons/examinations
🧹 Maintain cleanliness of food labs and preparation rooms
📦 Manage inventory, stock checks, and ingredient orders
📝 Handle basic documentation, filing, and billing
🔧 Coordinate equipment loans and liaise with maintenance contractors
