- Screening of suitable candidates through direct mails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, etc.
- Update job postings in our website and job portals.
- Lead a team of 3 -4 members

- To ensure and enforce Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP)
- To enhance the sourcing of suitable candidate proflies from different portals and in-house data-base.
- To teach and guide the matching of suitable candidates for available openings
- To teach and guide effectively and efficiently the evaluation of candidates during interview
- To teach and guide relevant information clearly to team members
- To teach and guide how to handle grievances to the team members
- To mentor team members on how to motivate and to be sales driven as well as to groom them to be Senior Recruitment Consultant

Elgibility Criteria for SGUP-EA:
- All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead
