⚖️ Case Manager (6-Month Contract)

💰 Salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month

📅 Contract: 6 months (Immediate start)
⏰ Working Hours:
• Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• 42 hours/week

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of working experience. Legal training will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently and in a team

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Support Judicial Officers in managing Court of Appeal and Appellate Division cases
• Review, process and monitor court documents in compliance with legislation and procedures
• Prepare case summaries, reports, notices and correspondence
• Liaise with lawyers, self-represented persons and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate case records, statistics and reports
• Support Registry operational improvements and provide administrative support
