Assistant Outlet Supervisor

The Outlet Supervisor oversees the day to day operations within the café and retail area. The supervisor is also responsble for training and managing staff, inventory management and liaising with suppliers/vendors.


1.Training and managing café & retail assistants, and ensuring all staff adhere to our SOP manual
2. Liaise with vendors to order café supplies on a timely basis
3. Ensuring the cleanliness of space and hygiene of staff
4. Handling customer feedback or complaints
5. Creating a friendly and welcmoing environment for staff
6. Ensuring all food and drink orders are managed efficiently
