📢 Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications (Contract)

💰 Salary: $3,000 – $3,300/month
📍 Contract: 6 Months (Oct 2026 – Mar 2027)
🕒 Working Hours: 42 hrs/week, Mon–Fri (8:30am–6:00pm or 9:00am–6:30pm)

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in branding, campaign management or corporate communications is an advantage.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate events, workshops and brand activations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
• Provide administrative support, procurement, inventory and documentation.
• Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned.

📅 Commitment: Able to commit for the full 6-month contract.
