SCHOOL ATTENDANT

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  
Perform general cleaning duties in the school premises.
  
Keep the classrooms and special rooms clean.
  
Provide logistical support in school events and activities, including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment. 
  
Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

The School Attendant is expected to work closely with the school personnel-in-charge to deliver the services as detailed in the scope of work. He/She shall use his/her best endeavour to ensure the work tasks and responsibilities assigned are carried out promptly and efficiently.


The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  
Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
  
2 – 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  
Male must have already served NS service.

Required to work:

  
School term Mondays to Fridays: Based on 2-shift roster between 6.00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break), not exceeding 44 hours a week.
  
School holidays Mondays to Fridays: 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break.
