✨ Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations for data projects
• Monitor shared mailbox and coordinate requests
• Prepare weekly reports and track service levels
• Assist with user onboarding and data access
• Provide administrative and operational support

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
