Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and leverage a partnership with Buying Offices to develop new business opportunities via new product development, and improve our supply chain efficiency (demand and forecast visibility)
- Develop and maintain strong collaboration with our Hong Kong, Europe, and US commercial teams for strategy alignment, market insights, and sourcing trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, KPIs requirements and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams from Vietnam and overseas regions to ensure smooth program execution and deployment.
- Develop relationships with strategic brand partner contacts across product/marketing/operations at senior levels.
- Contribute to the annual planning process with quarterly updates, and create annual strategic plans for assigned brands.
Qualifications
YOU ARE A GOOD MATCH WITH US IF:
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 3-5 years of Sales experience.
- Passion & knowledgeable for Sports topics/ Football
- Understanding about footwear and apparel brands.
- Experienced working with the finished products (ex: trims, hangers) and other accessories for the garment industry
- Experienced in product selling with an overall strategy for sales
- Prefer experience in apparel/footwear manufacturing, merchandising, and trim accessory supply.
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate and able to navigate complicated data to extract opportunities.
- Good interpersonal skills, responsive, and highly self-motivated.
- Customer oriented, hard worker, trustworthy.
- Product knowledge, market intelligence, sales skills, management and leadership competencies.
