Junior M&A/PE Associate

  Magic Circle law firm is seeking a junior corporate associate in their Shanghai office. In this role, you will be focusing on advising clients on M&A/PE related matters across financial services, TMT, energy, consumer goods and retail sectors. Successful candidate should be qualified in the PRC, and need to have been trained at an international or a leading PRC law firm for 3-4 years.
