Job Responsibilities
 
Perform general IT support and problem solving service to user e.g. PC hardware installation, equipment setting and configuration 
 
Install and maintenance on servers and system software
 
Record & follow up calls, incidents and ad-hoc issues
 
5-day work,9am - 5:30pm
 
working location: Airport area
 
Job Requirements
 
Higher Diploma or above in computer science/ IT related subjects
 
2 years system support experience
 
Knowledge in IT PC hardware installation / settings configuration
 
Familiarity with general PC backup and restoration application and related process flow
 
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese)and Good in English
