MEDICAL CENTRE MANAGER (NEW POSITION)

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing strategies in the medical centre to achieve highest standard of customer service to patients.
Manage patient flow from registration till the time patient leave the medical centre after payment has been made.
Oversee day to day operations including managing people and facilities to ensure smooth operations of the medical centre.
Develop and implement operational policies, standards of procedures, quality improvement in line with Company’s business goals and objectives.
Manage the operation theatre and provide assistance to doctors during minor surgery and give treatment when necessary.
Prepare medical reports needed for corporate bodies, companies or individuals.
Develop strategic operational plans and operating budget including strategies for generating revenue.

Possess min Diploma/Degree in Nursing or any healthcare disciplines.
Minimum 5 years related experiences in clinical management especially in managing an ambulatory and surgical day-care centre.
Strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Computer literate and good in Microsoft applications.
