Job Description

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
  • Responsible for a variety of office-related tasks
  • To order and replenish office supplies and stationery
  • Liaise with internal employees and external party regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
  • Ensuring overall running of office is smooth and without problems
  • Taking care of the office environment

Requirements:

  • Min “O” level with 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry
  • Possess experience in general affair (GA) and admin work
  • Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel and Word
  • A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
