Pershing Specialist ( Back Office )

Responsibilities
 
 
Train Users in Middle & Back Offices ( such as Assistant Relationship Managers / Sales Assistants / Trade Support / Operations Team... ) for Pershing / Pershing NetX360 Operations
 
Perform technical support functions for Pershing Internal Users via phone, remote connection and desk side visits
 
Correctly diagnose software and hardware faults and liaise with 3rd party engineers such as Pershing Vendor in Singapore or Vendors in New York
 
Write Documentations of Pershing NetX360 as Internal Guideline

Requirements
 
 
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
 
Minimum 3 years of experience in Pershing experience
 
Experience with the Pershing System for Back Office Operations ( Such as Account Openings, Write Templates, etc. )
 
Proficient Communication and Presentation Skills and Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
