Trade Promotion Assistant Manager

Our respected client is seeking an executive with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in trade marketing or sales fields for the role as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all exchange advancement programs.

Responsible for all showcasing projects, advancement, and promoting exercises.

Arranging way including setting for Channel Contributions, actuation program for increment/development deals through purchaser advancements, exchange promotion, and sponsorship.

Increment and enhance ability movement with training merchant chief/manager to make inline among vision and objectives Indonesia and Distributor so as to accomplish great execution through performing year.

Assess channel accomplices execution; suggest enhancements.

Set objectives and track programs progress, imparting to both inward and outer working accomplices.

Oversee and track the co-venture spending plan identified with exchange advancements exercises.

Work along with merchants and other channel accomplices to start brand enactment exercises and make news on the exchange side.

Oversee and track co-speculation spending plan identified with exchange advancements exercises.

Perform different errands as relegated by Supply Chain Manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or other related orders.

Min 3 years of working experience with trade marketing and promotions. Regional exposure is a plus.

Solid business writing and presentations abilities

Experience to either built-up from scratch or restructure trade promotion program is a plus

Involvement with overseeing connections, both inside and remotely (outsider merchants)

Solid relational aptitudes, with the capacity to pick up the trust of key partners and increase regard as a topic master

Capacity to work freely and take care of business innovation in nature

Capacity to function admirably with a group over different offices

Business travel between Indonesia and Singapore

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Conceptualize and create different POSM situated to exchange advancement and selling support

Coordinate and survey the execution of co-speculation plans in the district in a joint effort with the local sales and marketing teams
