About the Senior Maintenance Engineer Role:

This is a role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer who has hands-on experience and is able to lead and coordinate all related engineering activities for the upcoming expansion plant in Kedah. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position is for a candidate is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all engineering activities for daily, preventive and predictive maintenance including administration, engineering, utilities and packaging machine
Assign job priorities and schedule them accordingly
Plan and cooperate with the supply chain department to ensure stock is available to support production with cost effective management
Develop and apply facilities improvement plan to ensure smooth production operations including creating new SOP
Integrate the facilities and maintenance activities/requirements into SOP for existing and new equipment
Coordinate proper maintenance schedule
Provide relevant engineering support for the manufacturing site
Identify engineering-related opportunities for continuous improvement
Update and improve maintenance management to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good conditions

To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 and OHSAS180001 and DOSH.

Key Requirements:
Degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or any related field with at least five years of experience in a manufacturing and production environment
Knowledge in heating, ventilation, HVAC and FDA quality system regulations is an additional advantage
Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance (preventive, corrective) as well as documentation
Knowledge of ISO:13485, MDD, FDA etc is an added advantage
