GrabJobs is a job platform that aims to revolutionize recruitment in SEA with an AI-first Job Marketplace that increases productivity of recruitment professionals and provides a mobile-first fast access to jobs. Specializing mainly in entry to mid-level job positions, GrabJobs has won several awards since its release in January 2016, including ‘Best Job Portal’ during the Asia Recruitment Awards 2018. Post jobs on multiple job platforms in 1 click
Besides the chatbot, GrabJobs has recently released the first ever cross-platform job posting in SEA. When an employer posts a job on GrabJobs, the job will automatically be posted on several job aggregator sites such as Linkedin, JobsDB, Jooble and Neuvoo. Candidates who apply for the job on these platforms will be consolidated on the GrabJobs dashboard. The chatbot is also integrated into these jobs so that candidates will be pre-screened and ranked regardless of where they apply from. This increases the number of candidates as the job ad is not limited only to the platform users.
GrabJobs also has an integrated chat function, database search, data analytics and an automatic interview scheduler that also sends reminders to candidates nearing to the interview date. These features improve the overall efficiency of hiring on the platform.
Currently available in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia & Myanmar, GrabJobs aims to further expand into the SEA region. The app is also translated in local languages. Additionally, GrabJobs is exploring machine-learning as well as features like personality quizzes, news updates and CV parsing. With these, the future of CVs may not be what it is now anymore.
