Electro-mechanic

Main functions
Set-up, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment;
Trouble shoot and repair AC – DC circuits, and various electrical devices;
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration programs, and keep maintenance records;
Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment;
Electrical knowledge related to hydraulic and pneumatic control circuits;
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP principles;
Follow all safety policies and procedures;
Must be able to follow instructions.
Technical skills

Required

Experienced with Programming and troubleshooting flow-meters, PH meters, turbidity meters, level indicators, transmitters and sensors;

License or diploma with a specialization in electrical, mechanical or instrumentation and controls;

Operate metalworking machine, and welding;

Knowledge of Endress-Hauser instruments and controls.

Ability to lift 25 kg;

Comfortable in a plant environment.
